MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS 

REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMEBERSHIP

  • Males over 16 years of age

  • Practicing Catholic

  • Be of Irish Heritage by birth decent or legally adopted by such a person

  • Be of good moral character

  • Note: Clergy do not need to be of Irish Ancestry)

APPLICATION PROCESS

  • Down load and print the application form (pdf file)

  • Familiarize yourself with AOH History and with the personal biography of Dennis E. Collins

  • Complete the application form and submit the signed form to your sponsor for review signature

  • Attend the screening review of your application with your sponsor.
